Bellboy cum Valet Driver

Position Overview

Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche is currently hiring a Bellboy cum Valet Driver to join its Front Office team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about guest service, hotel operations, and providing a memorable first and last impression to hotel guests.

The selected candidate will be responsible for guest assistance, luggage handling, and valet parking services while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
• Provide professional valet parking services in a safe and timely manner
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
• Assist guests during check-in and check-out as required
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the hotel entrance and lobby area
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams for guest requests
• Ensure guest vehicles are handled with care and responsibility
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently available inside the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Physically fit to handle luggage and standing duties
• Immediate joiners preferred
