Call Center Agent

Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, a renowned luxury beachfront resort in Fujairah, is seeking a professional and service-driven Call Center Agent to join its Guest Services team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between guests and hotel departments while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and brand service excellence.

As a Call Center Agent, you will act as the central communication hub of the resort, handling guest calls, inquiries, service requests, and internal coordination. Your ability to communicate clearly, multitask efficiently, and maintain a calm, friendly tone will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing guest calls in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding services, facilities, reservations, and general information.
• Accurately log service requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate communication records and call logs.
• Provide prompt follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Support front office and reservations teams during peak operational periods.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong telephone etiquette with a clear, polite, and confident communication style.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous hotel or resort call center experience is an advantage.
• Guest-focused attitude with attention to detail and professionalism.
