Barista/Cashier

Banan Bakery is seeking skilled and energetic Barista / Cashier professionals to join its opening team in DIFC. This role is perfect for candidates with a passion for coffee, customer service, and front-counter operations in a modern bakery and café setting.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality beverages, managing cash transactions, and maintaining an attractive display counter that enhances the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to brand standards
• Operate espresso machines and café equipment confidently
• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately
• Manage vitrine and bakery display counter presentation
• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and counter area
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
• Support team members during busy service hours

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier in a café, bakery, or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling
• Good English communication skills
• Flexible availability and ability to work shifts

• Start Date: Between 15 – 22 February
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Mandatory 2-day trial shift
