Duty Manager

A newly opened 4-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced and confident Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall hotel operations during assigned shifts

• Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns and escalations

• Ensure service standards are consistently met across departments

• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams

• Monitor staff performance and provide operational guidance

• Handle emergency situations and operational challenges professionally

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Previous hotel experience in a similar role

• Currently based in the UAE

• Available for immediate joining

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
