F&B Sales Executive

The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is seeking a passionate and results-driven F&B Sales Executive to join its prestigious hospitality team. As part of the globally renowned Ritz-Carlton brand, you will play a key role in driving food and beverage revenue while delivering legendary service that exceeds guest expectations.

This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in a luxury environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will contribute to the hotel’s growth by promoting dining venues, private events, corporate functions, and tailored F&B experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell food & beverage services to corporate clients, event planners, and individual guests
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities to increase F&B revenue
• Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and customized event packages
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and networking events
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton brand standards and service excellence at all times

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in F&B sales, hospitality sales, or a similar role (luxury hotel experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
