As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable guest experiences, handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests. ? Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage smooth check-in and check-out procedures
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle reservations, billing, and maintain accurate guest records
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities where appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and UAE hospitality standards

? Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front office/reception experience in a hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude
• Basic computer skills; experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor
• Proactive, team-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
