Guest Service Agent

Barceló Business Bay Dubai is currently seeking a talented, dedicated, and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are customer-focused, well-presented, and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure. You will represent the Barceló brand standards while providing professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures accurately
• Maintain clear communication with housekeeping and other departments
• Ensure guest records and system entries are updated correctly
• Uphold Barceló brand standards and front office procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or guest service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Well-groomed, professional, and guest-oriented personality
• Flexible availability, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficiency in hotel systems and basic computer skills is an advantage
