IT Officer

The Tower Plaza Hotel is looking for a proactive IT Officer to maintain and support our hotel's technological infrastructure. You will ensure that all hardware, software, and networking systems operate smoothly to support guest services and back-office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hotel PMS, POS, and high-speed internet systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure data security protocols are met.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for events and conferences.
• Manage software updates and maintain a detailed log of IT assets and licenses.
