Laundry Supervisor

The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a meticulous and organized Laundry Supervisor to oversee our laundry facility operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the processing of guest clothing, linens, and staff uniforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the laundry and valet department.
• Ensure all linens and guest clothing are processed according to hotel luxury standards.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and supplies, ensuring cost-effective usage.
• Train and schedule laundry staff to maintain consistent productivity.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safety protocols are followed.
