The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the resort, increasing brand visibility, driving bookings, and supporting revenue growth through digital and offline marketing strategies.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the resort
- Manage social media platforms and online promotions
- Coordinate with OTA platforms and travel partners
- Create promotional content, brochures, and email campaigns
- Support event marketing and seasonal promotions
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
- Work closely with Sales and Reservations teams
- Assist in managing website updates and SEO strategies
? Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years experience in hotel or hospitality marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Basic graphic design and content creation skills preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE hospitality market is an advantage
