Reservation Agent

Join our dynamic Front Office team as a Reservation Agent. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling booking inquiries with professionalism and a sales-oriented mindset to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process bookings accurately in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and promotions.
• Manage room allotments and monitor availability to prevent overbooking.
• Provide personalized service by handling special guest requests and preferences during the booking process.
