Sales Manager – MICE

VOGO Grand Hotel Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – MICE to drive meetings, incentives, conferences, and events business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing MICE sales strategies, building strong corporate relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute MICE sales strategies to maximize revenue
• Identify and secure new corporate, government, and event clients
• Handle MICE inquiries, proposals, negotiations, and contracts
• Coordinate with operations, banquet, and events teams for flawless execution
• Attend sales calls, networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MICE sales within a hotel environment
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality market preferred
