Sous Chef – Syrian / Levantine Cuisine

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is seeking an experienced Sous Chef specializing in Syrian / Levantine cuisine. The ideal candidate will support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu execution, food quality control, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth service
• Maintain high food quality and authentic Levantine flavors
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
• Control food cost and minimize wastage
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
