We are searching for a charming, energetic, and service-oriented Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. Job Summary:

As a Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing warm, friendly, and efficient service to all our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience that will bring them back again and again.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests warmly, present menus, and make personalized recommendations regarding food and beverage options.
• Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring any special requests or dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
• Food & Beverage Service: Serve orders promptly and professionally, ensuring all items are presented according to resort standards. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations and tables throughout service. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods, to answer guest questions confidently.
• Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments accurately, and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
• Upselling: Proactively promote specials, beverages, and other resort outlets to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, bartenders, and other service staff to ensure a smooth and seamless service flow.
• Guest Feedback: Listen to guest feedback and communicate any comments or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel is preferred but not essential; enthusiastic candidates with a passion for service are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to remain calm, poised, and efficient under pressure during busy service periods.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and bills.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Ready to join immediately will be an advantage.
