Junior Bartender

The Junior Bartender will support the Head Mixologist in the daily operations of the bar, focusing on preparation, efficient service, and maintaining a clean, stocked workspace. This is a prime opportunity for a motivated individual looking to grow their craft and knowledge in mixology.

Key Expectations

• Bar Preparation: Assist with mise en place, including cutting garnishes, preparing juices, and stocking the bar inventory.
• Beverage Service: Prepare basic cocktails, pour wine/beer, and deliver beverages to the service staff quickly and accurately.
• Inventory & Cleanliness: Maintain the highest level of bar cleanliness, following FIFO protocols, and assisting with stock counts.
• Learning & Development: Actively seek to learn new techniques, recipes, and product knowledge from senior staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a bar or service environment, preferably in hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails and standard pouring practices.
• A positive, energetic attitude and a strong desire to learn.
