The KG Phase Coordinator will provide academic leadership and coordination for the entire Kindergarten phase, ensuring educational excellence and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support all KG teachers and staff.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and review for the KG phase.
- Organize phase-level events, assessments, and parent meetings.
- Act as a key point of contact for KG-related communication between staff, parents, and senior leadership.
- Monitor and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Requirements:
- A certified professional teaching qualification at a Bachelor's degree level.
- Significant experience in a KG leadership or coordination role.
- Must be a Native English speaker.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- UAE teaching experience is highly preferred.
