KG Phase Coordinator

The KG Phase Coordinator will provide academic leadership and coordination for the entire Kindergarten phase, ensuring educational excellence and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support all KG teachers and staff.
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and review for the KG phase.
• Organize phase-level events, assessments, and parent meetings.
• Act as a key point of contact for KG-related communication between staff, parents, and senior leadership.
• Monitor and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Requirements:
• A certified professional teaching qualification at a Bachelor's degree level.
• Significant experience in a KG leadership or coordination role.
• Must be a Native English speaker.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE teaching experience is highly preferred.
