The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a skilled Kitchen Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment, vital for the seamless operation of the F&B department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on all commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in industrial kitchen machinery.
• Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Technician in a large hotel or commercial catering environment.
• Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
