Job Description
The Land Surveyor will conduct precise measurements and mapping of project sites before, during, and after construction. Responsibilities include setting out, establishing control points, performing topographical surveys, monitoring work progress against design specifications, and ensuring all works are accurately positioned according to engineering plans for roads and associated infrastructure.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, specifically on infrastructure projects.
- Expert proficiency in using modern surveying equipment (Total Stations, GPS, etc.).
- Strong ability to interpret CAD data and engineering drawings for setting out and verification.
- Knowledge of relevant local authority surveying regulations.
