Logistics Coordinator

Aquaplex is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office in SAIF Zone, Sharjah. This is a crucial role for a self-starter with a strong background in freight and supply chain operations, particularly within the UAE.

?Key Responsibilities

?The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics process, including:

?Freight Management: Coordinate with freight forwarders to effectively negotiate and book all import and export shipments.

?Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain and consistently update records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and BOE records in our in-house software.

?Clearance: Manage import and export for specific UAE ports/zones (Mina Jebel Ali, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain Clearance).

?Compliance: Process Gate Passes and BOE for all incoming/outgoing delivery requirements in the Free Zone and handle all BOE stock consolidations.

?Financial Reporting: Submit and book all shipping and clearing expenses to the Purchase and Finance team accurately and on time.

?Requirements and Qualifications

?We are seeking a candidate who meets the following mandatory and preferred criteria:

?Experience & Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the role.

?Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather data, interpret information, and propose growth strategies and tactics in professional reports.

?Communication: Must have strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings, support and challenge ideas, and present recommendations.

?Mandatory: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this position.
