Ahalia Money Exchange is hiring a Procurement Supervisor to join the Head Office team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong experience in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the financial institution.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the procurement process, ensuring adherence to company policy and budget guidelines.
- Manage vendor selection, performance, and contract negotiation.
- Oversee the timely acquisition of goods and services for the Head Office and branch network.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and vendor documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience of 3â4 years in procurement and vendor management is mandatory.
- Bachelorâs degree is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Must be smart, energetic, and professional.
- Open to all nationalities and can join immediately.
