Ahalia Money Exchange is hiring a Procurement Supervisor to join the Head Office team in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong experience in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the financial institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the procurement process, ensuring adherence to company policy and budget guidelines.
  • Manage vendor selection, performance, and contract negotiation.
  • Oversee the timely acquisition of goods and services for the Head Office and branch network.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and vendor documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience of 3–4 years in procurement and vendor management is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Must be smart, energetic, and professional.
  • Open to all nationalities and can join immediately.
