Maintenance Incharge

Gulf Model School is urgently hiring a Maintenance Incharge to supervise and ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant operation of all school facilities. This role requires strong leadership to manage technical staff and contractors across various trades.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the smooth, continuous operation of all general maintenance activities within the school facility.
• Oversee all technical maintenance disciplines, including electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.
• Manage, schedule, and direct in-house maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Ensure all maintenance work and school facilities adhere strictly to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Technical qualification in Maintenance or Facility Management.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building or school maintenance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to handle unforeseen maintenance issues efficiently.
