Mason

We are seeking a qualified Mason responsible for constructing, repairing, and restoring structural work using brick, stone, concrete, and block. The role involves various tasks including plastering, tiling, and general masonry maintenance across Khidmah’s portfolio of properties. Mobility is key, making a valid driver's license a mandatory requirement.

?Key Responsibilities

?Lay and bind building materials, such as stone, brick, pre-cast concrete blocks, or tiles, using mortar and other cementing materials.

?Construct, repair, and maintain walls, foundations, floors, and other masonry structures.

?Perform surface finishing work, including plastering, rendering, and applying various types of coatings.

?Install, repair, and grout floor and wall tiles.

?Mix mortar, concrete, and grout at the correct consistency.

?Cut and shape materials to match design specifications using hammers, chisels, and power tools.

?Required Skills & Qualifications

?Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience as a Mason, Tiler, or Plasterer.

?Expertise in various masonry techniques and materials (e.g., blockwork, tiling, rendering).

?Ability to estimate material quantities and manage job-site waste.

?Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper lifting techniques.

?Must possess a valid local Driver's License.

?Precision and attention to detail in all finishing work.
