Math Teacher

Job Description

Al Murooj English School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Math Teacher for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in teaching Mathematics, possess strong classroom management capabilities, and be committed to fostering a challenging and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in Mathematics that promote problem-solving and critical thinking among students.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
• Manage the classroom effectively to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Assess and record students’ progress and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in school and departmental meetings, professional development, and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Mathematics is required.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
• Experience with the UAE or British Curriculum is preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons that promote problem-solving and critical thinking.
