Job Description
ARAMED Group is searching for an enthusiastic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our Aesthetic Devices Division in Abu Dhabi. This is a crucial sales role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of high-end aesthetic and laser devices to specialized clinics, dermatologists, and medical centers, while prioritizing customer relationship management and hitting demanding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Promotion: Proactively promote and sell ARAMEDâs range of advanced aesthetic and laser devices to target medical professionals and institutions.
- Relationship Management: Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Product Expertise: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, device presentations, and educational follow-up visits to drive sales conversions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Insight: Gather and provide valuable market feedback, including competitor activity updates, to the management team.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with the logistics, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth and efficient completion of all sales transactions.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a relevant medical/scientific field.
- Experience: A minimum of one year of successful experience in medical or aesthetic sales; previous experience in the UAE market is strongly preferred.
- Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently across the Abu Dhabi region.
