Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation: Meticulously clean, sand, and prime surfaces (including wood, steel, and drywall) before painting to ensure optimal adhesion and a smooth, even coverage.
• Painting & Finishing: Expertly apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, wooden surfaces, steel structures, and various materials using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Color Matching: Accurately mix paints to achieve precise color matches and required finishes, ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Quality Control & Touch-ups: Inspect finished areas for defects, chips, or imperfections, and perform necessary touch-ups and maintenance to guarantee a high-quality, lasting result.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the safe handling of chemicals and tools.
• Tool & Material Management: Responsible for the proper cleaning, storage, and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and paint inventory.
• Additional Support: Be flexible and adaptable to assist the team with other general duties, such as material shifting, basic cleaning tasks, and other maintenance support as required.
