Job Description
The Pastry Chef is responsible for developing, preparing, and presenting all desserts, pastries, and baked goods for the deli. This role requires creativity and precision, with a focus on traditional and contemporary Lebanese sweets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
- Specialized knowledge and skill in preparing traditional Lebanese pastries and desserts (e.g., Knafeh, Baklava, Maamoul).
- Expert knowledge of sanitation and health regulations for pastry production.
- Ability to manage a dedicated pastry section, including inventory and ordering.
