Planning Engineer

Rabat Foundation is seeking an organized and analytical Planning Engineer to manage the project schedules for our infrastructure works. This role is focused on developing, monitoring, and updating project timelines to ensure all milestones are achieved efficiently and on schedule.

Key Planning Responsibilities

• Schedule Development:
• Develop detailed project work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing schedules.
• Create and maintain the master project schedule using appropriate planning software.
• Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor and track project progress against the baseline schedule daily and weekly.
• Identify potential delays, critical path items, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Engineers to gather progress data and validate schedule accuracy.
• Experience:
• Requires 1-3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
