Play Area Attendant

You are key to the children's experience, providing active supervision, ensuring safety, and facilitating fun activities within the play areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Child Safety & Supervision: Actively monitor children in the play area, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed and intervening immediately when necessary.
• Engagement: Lead, facilitate, and participate in fun, engaging activities with children to maximize their experience.
• Parent Communication: Communicate professionally and clearly with parents regarding their children's well-being and play area rules.
• Area Maintenance: Assist with light cleaning and organization of toys and play equipment.
• Positive Attitude: Maintain a People-Oriented approach, fostering a positive and inclusive play environment.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Prior Experience Working with Children (e.g., teaching, nursery, child-care, or similar leisure setting).
• Good Communication Skills and a clear, commanding presence.
• A naturally People-Oriented, patient, and energetic disposition.
