• Vendor Management: Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with local and international print suppliers and fabricators.
• Quality Control: Overseeing the entire print production lifecycle, from file preparation and proofing to press checks and final delivery, ensuring impeccable color accuracy and material quality.
• Technical Expertise: Advising the design team on optimal print specifications, material selection, and finishing techniques for brochures, catalogs, retail signage, and packaging.
• Budget & Timeline: Managing print budgets, negotiating costs, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Logistics: Coordinating the logistics and distribution of printed materials to showrooms and other locations.
