Project Engineer

Requirement:

• Education: Graduate Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience:
• At least 6 years of experience in gas systems, installation, and handing over to consultant / client / local authorities.
• ADCD or DCD Approved Engineer for central gas system is required.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Very good knowledge for central gas system projects, execution, and hand over.
• Good relations with contractors and consultants.
• Must know DCD regulations and UAE code standards.
• Other:
• Candidate shall be within the UAE.
• Candidate must have a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Ability to read of all technical gas drawings / materials submission & follow up for the approval accordingly.
• Coordinate with main contractors and revise the drawings as per site condition and changes.
• Maintain all drawing files and records throughout the duration of the project.
• Knowledge of the gas system in UAE (DCD regulation & UAE code standards).
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings (as built, shop, etc.).
• Excellent computer skills (Windows, MS Office & other drawing softwares).
• Good command of the English language.
