Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to the roads and infrastructure projects, from initial estimation through to final accounts. Duties include preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), cost planning and analysis, contract administration, valuing completed work, and managing variations to ensure projects remain within budget and are profitable.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in roads/infrastructure construction.
• Expert knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software and advanced Excel.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing sub-contractor and supplier costs.
