Runner

The Runner is a vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, responsible for promptly and accurately delivering food and beverages to the correct tables. This role supports both the kitchen and front-of-house team to maintain swift and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including standing for long periods and carrying heavy trays.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and service staff.
• Prior experience in a restaurant support role is a plus.
• Candidates with fluency in Italian will be preferred.
