Safety Officer

Rabat Foundation is committed to the highest safety standards and is recruiting a dedicated Safety Officer for our infrastructure sites. This individual will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to ensure a zero-incident work environment.

Key Safety Responsibilities

• HSE Implementation:
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training programs to site personnel.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure strict compliance with all local HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and corrective action plans.
• Experience:
• Requires 5-8 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably with relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
• A minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or shoring works is mandatory.
