Job Description

Al Thurayya is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline internal sales processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency of the sales cycle, supporting the sales force, and managing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all internal sales processes and documentation.
  • Manage the sales team calendar, schedules, and administrative needs.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative/coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
