Sales Executive

Abou Naja Intellectual Property, a successful and growing firm specializing in IP protection and services across the MENA region, is seeking a passionate and driven Bilingual Sales Executive to join our team.

This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and serving our international clientele. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive, target-driven individual fluent in both Russian and Turkish, with a keen interest in exploring exciting job opportunities within the intellectual property domain.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Business Development: Actively generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients within the Russian and Turkish-speaking markets.
• Consultative Sales: Engage with prospects to understand their intellectual property needs (trademarks, patents, copyrights) and effectively promote Abou Naja’s specialized services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Market Exploration: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth areas and client segments within the assigned regions.
• Goal Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Language Fluency: Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and Turkish is essential. Strong professional proficiency in English is also required.
• Sales Acumen: Proven experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Drive & Passion: Highly passionate, self-motivated, and target-driven individual eager to explore career growth in a specialized sector.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
