Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and achieve ambitious revenue targets for our industrial product line.
Requirements:
- Experience: UAE work experience is required, ideally in industrial or B2B sales. Immediate availability is preferred.
- Residency: Must have a UAE residence visa.
- Skills: Proven track record in sales leadership, key account management, and market development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, especially with key accounts.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues accurately.
- Identify new market opportunities and business partnerships.
