Sales Manager

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a specialized Sales Manager (MICE) who is a mandatory Russian Speaker. This role actively identifies, pursues, and secures group business related to meetings and corporate events from the Russian market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring MICE business and achieving set revenue targets from the Russian-speaking market.
• Proactively search for new MICE leads, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers) and travel agents.

Requirements:

• Russian Speaker is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager focused on the MICE segment is required.
• Proven ability to achieve high group sales targets.
