Sales Manager

ITALCO International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to focus on the Interior Fitout and Joinery sectors in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.

Compensation

• Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 10,000 (monthly)
• Commission: Plus an attractive commission structure based on performance.

Essential Requirements

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Over 6 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Fitout and/or Joinery industry.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the market and an established client network.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage (a plus).
• Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are Immediate Joiners.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding set sales goals.
• Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Proposal Management: Preparing effective proposals and successfully closing deals.
