Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue from property sales.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring a smooth process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
- At Least 1 Year Experience In Real Estate is the minimum requirement.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the property market.
