We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in UAE banking product sales. This full-time leadership role involves building and managing a sales team focused on driving credit card and banking product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and build a dedicated sales team using market connections and network.
- Lead and manage a team of sales officers to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Drive sales of credit cards and banking products through multiple channels.
- Conduct daily coaching, support, and performance monitoring for the team.
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and ensure compliance with bank standards.
- Prepare sales reports, performance updates, and forecasting for management.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in credit card or banking product sales is required.
- Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver consistent results.
- UAE experience is an added advantage.
