Security Guard

We are seeking a vigilant and professional SIRA-certified Security Guard to maintain a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, highly observant, and capable of responding effectively to all security and emergency situations.

? Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and Monitoring: Conduct regular, thorough patrols of the premises and assigned areas, and monitor CCTV systems to detect and deter security breaches or suspicious activity.
• Access Control: Manage and monitor all entry and exit points, verify credentials, and control access to restricted areas.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, fire incidents, and medical emergencies, coordinating with necessary services.
• Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations.
• Rule Enforcement: Enforce all site-specific rules, regulations, and security protocols to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
• Public Interaction: Greet and assist visitors and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

? Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory: Valid SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification in Dubai or the relevant security license for the Emirate of work.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in the UAE.
• Communication: Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and responding quickly for extended periods.
• Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, strong sense of responsibility, excellent vigilance, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
