Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily security operations and leading the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, staff, and hotel assets. This role involves implementing security protocols, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining compliance with local security regulations.

• Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team during shifts.
• Implement and enforce all hotel security procedures and emergency protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems to prevent security breaches.
• Respond swiftly and appropriately to all security incidents, logging reports accurately.
• Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi security requirements.
• Requirements:
• Proven supervisory experience in a security role, preferably within a luxury hotel or large commercial environment.
• Certification in local security regulations (e.g., SIRA/ASSD where applicable).
• Strong crisis management and incident reporting skills.
