Senior Barista

We are looking for a lead Senior Barista to join us immediately. This role involves advanced coffee preparation skills, mentoring junior baristas, and ensuring the smooth operation of the coffee station while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coffee bar team and oversee all beverage preparation.
• Train and mentor junior Baristas on techniques, quality control, and customer service.
• Manage inventory and ordering for coffee beans and supplies.
• Troubleshoot and maintain espresso machine and grinding equipment.
