Senior Technical Engineer

Green Stone is hiring a Senior Technical Engineer with relevant UAE experience to generate high-quality technical drawings and documentation for landscaping projects. This role involves analyzing designs, directing site surveying, and collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure successful integration of landscape components according to project specifications.

• Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality CAD Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail, and Design Development Drawings.
• Analyze sketches, drawings, and specifications to assess design factors and procedures.
• Update drawings and layouts to accommodate necessary changes and improvements.
• Direct surveying, construction, material testing, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Evaluate landscape designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape components.
• Requirements:
• Proficient in ICDL, 3D Max, Realtime Landscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion GIS.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Relevant background of landscaping projects.
