Sr. Project Engineer

Rabat Foundation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer to assume leadership over the technical execution and management of major infrastructure projects across the UAE. This demanding role requires a proven professional with substantial UAE experience in shoring or infrastructure development.

Key Engineering Responsibilities

• Project Oversight:
• Lead and manage all engineering aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure all project work complies strictly with design specifications, technical standards, and quality control procedures.
• Technical Management:
• Coordinate technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, resolving complex engineering issues on-site promptly.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and progress reporting to senior management.
• Compliance and Experience:
• Requires 5-8 years of experience in project engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure or shoring works is mandatory.
