Sr. Roads & Highway Design Engineer

ALTURATH is hiring a Sr. Roads & Highway Design Engineer to lead the design and detailing of major road and highway infrastructure projects. The role requires specialized expertise in transportation engineering and local authority standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the geometric and pavement design of roads and highways using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Prepare technical specifications, design reports, and final submission documents for roads authorities.
• Conduct traffic analysis and ensure designs comply with safety and local authority regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with project teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in roads and highway design engineering is required.
• Expertise in transportation engineering principles and relevant design software.
