The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of a designated catering outlet or retail food service location. This role is crucial for maximizing sales, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff performance, and ensuring profitability and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and cash management.
- Lead, mentor, and train the store team to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the presentation and cleanliness of the store meets all brand and health standards.
- Oversee inventory control, minimize waste, and manage the ordering of stock.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the catering, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage a P&L.
- Strong leadership, team building, and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations for food service.
