Teaching Assistant

We are hiring a dedicated Female Teaching Assistant to provide essential support to our lead Teachers at the Shamkha and Al Bateen branches in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a supportive and effective learning environment for our early years students.

Key Support Responsibilities

• Classroom Aid:
• Assist the lead Teacher in preparing classroom materials, organizing learning centers, and managing general classroom administrative tasks.
• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group assistance to students during activities and lessons.
• Student Care:
• Supervise children during playtime, activities, meal times, and transitions, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Assist children with personal needs as required.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work constructively with the Teacher and other staff to support the educational and developmental goals of the children.
• Gender Requirement:
• Must be female, in line with the nursery's operational requirements.
