The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a highly professional Telephone Operator to manage the hotel's central switchboard and handle all internal and external communication efficiently. This role is key to providing prompt service to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming, outgoing, and internal calls using the hotel switchboard system.
- Direct calls accurately and promptly to the correct departments or guest rooms.
- Handle wake-up call requests, guest messages, and emergency calls according to hotel protocol.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and clear communication style at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Telephone Operator, preferably in a hotel Front Office.
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple lines and remain calm during high-volume periods or emergencies.
