Job Description

The Tender Manager will lead the entire tendering process, from pre-qualification to final submission. This role requires a strategic thinker who can coordinate technical, legal, and financial inputs to develop competitive and compliant proposals for major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of all technical and commercial tenders.
  • Analyze tender requirements and develop a winning bid strategy.
  • Coordinate input from engineering, legal, finance, and operational teams.
  • Ensure all bids are compliant, competitive, and submitted on time.
  • Manage post-submission clarifications and negotiations with clients.

Expected Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Tender Management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Deep knowledge of contract terms and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
